For sure. The Iphone will not post photo links, and the MacBook won’t post photos from my library. This has been an issue for me for about 2 months now. I just use the phone for some posts and the MacBook for others.

Yes I can’t post pictures in posts most of the time and it’s hit or miss with comments but usually not there either. This is on my iPhone 6s.
